UPDATE:
The meet is now officially booked at wicksteed , there was a £100 charge to book the field for our joint meet , i managed to get that reduced to £60 and we have covered that cost from qashqai club funds so no cost will need to be passed onto you's
all you pay is £6 entrance fee (for your car) to enter the park
we have so many irons in the fire now for this day that even if only half pan out it will be a great day indeed

Excellent work craig.
It's a tough ask but if we get 18 cars we could spell out cube in a parking formation.
Not sure if there are currently 18 active members?...
Need to get some some of aerial shot then though if possible.

im not 100% sure of the size of the area we will be given ? , just that it would hold 50+ cars , but im sure at some point in the day this could be arranged , not sure how you'll get the aerial shot though unless one of you climbs one of the nearby trees lol
would be a great picture though and worth the effort
