Well i got the solenoid fitted the other day,but no photo's were taken as it was a real head scratcher.
All i will say is , read on how to take your door card off ,then go with the flow,one nut,screw at a time.
one part i will mention is the lower window runner,this has a screw n washer holding it in place ,undo that and this runner can be pulled forward and down,this will make it come out,making life very easy indeed.
Also the door handle is in two parts,when you refit it, make sure the larger section goes in first,then the barrel part,plus connect both wires(this bit is you cant get wrong).At every step when i connected wires etc , i tested it just to make sure i was on the right tracks.
When i had everything back on i tested it like a fool,as the old one would not work for me,only my Beth
Tools for the job.

flat head screw driver
10mm socket

Ah yes it did m8,now my doors autolock @ 10mph and i can get into my car,aswell as Beth
my old unit was'nt pushing the lock far enough to lock(internal door lock),but the new one you can see it move all the way.RF

I've dismantled the door once before anyway so shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Now, where the shit do I find an ABS sensor...

I've sold the front ABS sensors Keiran, on the plus side the front ones are not too bad to remove.

Lots of parts got pulled off the car today..well all of em got pulled off the car so I've now got the following available -
the engine - it's superb and has only done 13,800 miles
Gearbox - as above
front and rear suspension units
Front calipers
radiator
a/c rad
engine bay wiring loom
a/c pump
starter motor
cat
full exhaust system
front and rear seats
abs pump
driveshaftsplus no doubt a few more parts I've forgotton about...

I'm looking for the boot seal for the Cube as caught mine while unloading the other day and split it, so I was wounding if it was one of the parts you might have.

I dont know what you have left on that scarpped cube but im after a factory fitted top cubby above the double din stereo?
My cube came with a Single Din Sat Nav above the double Din Stereo which is useless and I have removed it.
I have a cubby that fits but would be nice to get a factory one fitted if you have one?
